Our Mission
The Traceability Platform aims to be tailored to the needs and specifications of the SSF sector while adhering to the regulatory requirements set out by the EU. In addition, it aims to support the sustainable sale and consumption of seafood in the EU. In this vein, OURZ is therefore also developing a consumer-centric app which will enable informed and conscious purchasing decisions by providing consumers with detailed information regarding the origin and journey of their seafood, as well as other relevant insights pertaining to the sustainability of any given product.
